Nestled inside Sea Trail Plantation, this 1,300 sq ft two-bedroom, two-bath condo sits right on the 17th hole of one of three championship golf courses — one of Brunswick County's premier resort communities. It's the ideal retreat for families and couples who come to Sunset Beach to truly unwind, with resort pools, walking trails, and peaceful surroundings right outside the door.

Sunset Beach is the last beach town before the South Carolina border, making this the best of both worlds. Bird Island's unspoiled coastline is just a short ride north, and Myrtle Beach's restaurants, live music, and shopping are only 45 minutes south. Whether you're teeing off at sunrise or chasing golden-hour sunsets, there's always something to fill the days.

Peak season (Memorial Day weekend – Labor Day weekend): $950/week (Saturday to Saturday).
Off-season: $650/week or $125/night.
Winter stays: $1,300/month (December – March only, subject to availability).

Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in late check-out may be available on request depending on scheduling — just ask and we'll do our best to accommodate.

The beach is about a 5-minute drive from the condo. Parking is easy — Sea Trail has a private parking lot for guests, and free public parking is also available at the beach access points along the strand.

During peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) we require a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday. Outside of peak season, 3-night minimums apply with more flexible arrival and departure days. Holiday weekends may have their own requirements.

The pool is not heated. There is a hot tub available in the Sea Trail compound for guest use — please note it is restricted to guests 18 and older.

We keep it simple — there is no formal cancellation policy and no deposit required. We work directly with guests and handle things on a case-by-case basis. If your plans change, just reach out and we'll do our best to work something out.
